The Wyoming County Housing Authority is actively seeking landlords to participate in our Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program.

- Partially Pre-Screened Tenants: Reduce your workload with tenants who have been pre-screened for eligibility.
- Inspections: We conduct pre-lease and biennial inspections to ensure that both landlords and tenants maintain clean and safe living conditions.
- Income Adjustments: In most cases, if a tenant's income decreases, the Housing Authority's portion of the rent will increase, providing additional security for landlords.
